What great service and Advice . I cannot recommend Bavas Music City enough! I purchased a Zoom Q3 in December 2009. It arrived before I could check the letter box-amazing! Also when enquiring with a warranty issue they didn't muck around-Mick had me on the phone with Zoom 'direct' to sort out the problem. Everyone should run their business like this.
