I have dealt with them in the past for smaller purchases and when I noticed the deal they were offering on Marshall Mode Four Stacks (easily the best price in Australia) I couldn't resist. The team, particularly Henry, were incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and personal company and I will definitely be returning to the site regularly to see what other deals they will be offering.

Dopey me ordered the incorrect item, but Mitch fixed this without any fuss or bother. The Guitar was despatched promptly and was received exactly as described in excellent condition.
