All goods purchased incur a delivery fee . Minimum Charge is $15 which will be a Post Pak . We will also be utilising Registered Post ,Courier and Freight Companies where costings are based on weight and Destination The Combined shipping fee also includes handling fee ,packing and distribution costs. Allow 2-14 days dependant on various elements of Sales and Distibution Logistics .Orders will be sent via Australia Post or our designated freight company. Please allow up to 3 - 14 working days for delivery. We have also found that most couriers will not phone you to tell you the exact time your order will be delivered (even when asked) as it varies day to day. They usually deliver between 8:30am - 4:30 pm, which is why we recommend your items being sent to a work address. Please allow 2 days processing time but most orders leave same day.
It is your responsibility to supply BMC with your correct shipping address. Freight drivers are only obliged to deliver to this address, and take no responsibility.
If we ship by carrier you can ask for the con note number and track your order online so that you can 'track and trace' its arrival from our store pickup to its destination
We thank you for shopping with BMC and we will personally contact you via email or phone prior to payout and to confirm and arrange the shipping of goods to your requested address or mailing address with a mutually acceptable delivery method .
Due to the Wide range of goods and Geographical Size of Australia all orders are meticulously looked at and processed to be offered to you at our Low Freight Cost .

If you decide that you would like the convenience of picking up your goods purchased at the online price at our storefront in Liverpool please inform BMC Online via the Query Box so that BMC Online can organise the ADMIN FEE and delivery to advise BMC Storefront of your request .We will contact you as to when goods will be available for your Pickup.
ONLINE PRICES are in no way relevant to our instore Pricing . A negotiated “over counter sales and consultation” may at times not be as discounted as a direct email or phone order via our website, due to obvious cost based variables based on Retailing Storefront costs such as Sales Persons Time , Customer service , professional Consultancy or demonstration , Personalisation and Advice and of course you can ulilise our service department for assistance in the goods you may have purchased through the store .
Remember that for your security that we will need to have a signature of an authorised person for you to accept your Order on a delivery or pickup . If the goods are delivered and there is no-one home, the goods will be returned to the delivery depot, and will incur any applicable charges if the goods have to be redelivered. Our Service does not finish at the Sale !! We try to look after your purchase right up to the final delivery to you .
