Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee clause on what can be returned?
We are aware that sometimes though internet it can be difficult to choose items and most ONLINE sales are subject to our conditions. Unused items maybe returned back to Bava’s Music City. Some restrictions apply, Consumer products cannot be returned, music books, song books, music software, and also due to health safety hygiene, no vocal Instruments and Mouth contact Instruments cannot be returned.  

When do items need to be returned by?
Within 10 days of purchase.

Do you have a restocking fee?
Yes restocking fees only apply to items that are returned unused or change of mind purchases. the restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price .In this situation freight and handling on the original invoice are not part of the Credit policy  .It will be your responsability to organise the return on the product in a safe and well packed manner. We can sometimes organise the return but our shipping costs to pickup are not the same as delivering goods to a customer due to logistical reasons from our transport /carrier .

HOW do customers return items?
Please email: accounts@bavasmusic.com.au, with the following infomation about your return or through one of our sales personnel via email with

  • Phone number
  • Order number
  • Serial number 
  • Brand 
  • Model
  • Reason for returning your item  

Once your email has been recieved Bavas Music City, will process your return claim, this process can take up to 2 weeks from the date your email was recived, Please note: Shipping is not included and you will be required to organise and pay the return shipping to Bavas Music City, if you choose to exchange your product you will be required to pay for return shipping 

HOW do customers claim warranty and return items?

Once your email has been recieved Bavas Music City, will proces your warranty claim with the relavent Wholesale / Distributer, this procese can take up to 2 weeks from the date your email was recived, Please note: your warranty repair can take up to 3 months to be repaired and returned back to you.

None Warranty Repairs 

Bava's city Sydney, has Australias largets repair network, we are more than happy to assist you with None warranty repaires, please note: none warranty repairs are on a Quote by Quote Basis and are subject to an upfront $80.00 fee + Freight to process your request. Please noteyour warranty repair can take up to 4 months to be repaired and returned back to you.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs are NONE refundable, shipping is NOT covered under warranty, customers are required to pay for return shipping to Bavas Music City, or to service agents and back to the sender.


CREDIT for returns?
Instore credit, Credit card refunds, Cheque refunds, Please Note: No Cash Refunds, Cash refunds are processed by "cheques"

You can return your Product inperson to Bava's Music City, Address: 252 Macquarie St, Liverpool NSW 2170, Please Note: returns can only be processed between these hours No Exceptions!

Packing materials?
All Products need to be in orginal undamaged packaging for returns, 

Bava's Music City does not accept liability for returned goods damaged in transit, so pack your returned goods carefully. Always keep original boxes for your equipment so you can safely move or send your unit for repair. If you do need to send the unit back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed and padded securely as damage tends to occur to poorly packaged returns.
