KATANA-25 Katana Guitar Amplifier 25W 10" speaker Built IN Effects And MODELLING

The Katana-25 captures the famous Katana tone in a compact 25-watt amplifier designed for home practice, allowing both new and returning musicians to start with confidence right from their first chord. Featuring a custom eight-inch speaker and a 25-watt analogue power section, this amp delivers impressive sound, utilizing the familiar Power Control to switch between the full 25 watts and 0.5W, enabling players to achieve cranked-amp tones at lower volumes without sacrificing tone or feel.

With six amp characters and variations, it ranges from bright clean tones to high-gain “brown sound,” including a dedicated setting for acoustic-electric instruments. Additionally, it includes over 60 BOSS effects, with the capability to use up to five simultaneously. To make it easier for new users, the Tone Setting section has been simplified on the top panel.

Built-in Bluetooth streams audio from a phone or tablet so players can jam along with songs. It also connects wirelessly to the Tone Studio companion app for deep editing and patch sharing on BOSS Tone Exchange. The app’s Session function plays YouTube songs and video lessons and can change Tone Settings automatically as the video plays.

When it’s time to record, the class-compliant USB-C interface connects straight to a computer or mobile device. There’s also a dedicated output for quiet headphone practice. Add a BOSS footswitch to change Tone Settings hands-free or go wireless with the FS-1-WL Wireless Footswitch and EV-1-WL Wireless Expression Pedal. The defining moment in a guitarist’s journey isn’t when they walk on stage. It’s when they sound good that first time. Katana-25 is the amp we all wish we’d started with.
